No Return Policy

All purchases made through Failes World are considered final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect size or preference

  • Personal preference

  • Product no longer required

  • Ordered by mistake

  • Opened or used products

  • Unopened products

  • Dissatisfaction with the product

  • Delay in delivery

  • Refusal to accept delivery

Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict no-return policy for hygiene, safety, and product-integrity reasons.

No Refund Policy

Failes World does not provide refunds for purchases.

Once an order has been successfully placed, the purchase is considered final and the customer is not entitled to a refund because of a change of mind, product preference, incorrect selection, or any other reason.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you believe that you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must contact Failes World Customer Support as soon as possible after delivery.

We may request:

  • Order number

  • Photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the shipping package

  • A clear video showing the issue

  • Any other information reasonably required to investigate the matter

Providing photographs or videos does not automatically qualify the customer for a refund, return, exchange, or replacement.

Each reported issue will be reviewed by Failes World on a case-by-case basis.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been placed.

Please carefully review your order details before completing your purchase.
